As your skills and knowledge grow you will meet requirements that allow you to expand the scope of your involvement in the field. As you progress you will become elgiible for certifications, a measure of your skills and recognition for your effort. Each level of certification affords certain benefits beyond the satisfaction of a job well done. We have tried to make the process easier and smoother as you “go down the rabbit hole” so to speak. We outline the steps, the requirements, and the benefits of each level you go down. It is important to note that ISS is not the issuer of the Certifications, however we do provide the requirements of each of the certifications listed below. It is also important to remember that no matter what level you are on, we as a community must always follow the Langauge Usage and Ethics of Biofeedback in our sessions as we have been trained to.

Step 1 – Review and Complete the Anatomy & Physiology Course and pass the test with 85% or better. (1 Certificate)
Step 2 – Review and Complete the Level 1 – Basic Operations of Biofeedback Course and pass the test with 85% or better. (1 Certificate)
Step 3 – Complete the 3rd Party Coaching Course via Correspondence* (3 Certificates)
Step 4 – Attend at least 14 Hours of the Live Mentorship Classes in the Calendar year. (1 Certificate)
Step 5 – Submit Application for C.B.T including above certificates and pay the application fee of $65 USD.
*Coaching Course is included with full Level 1/2/3 Package, alternately it can be purchased separately.
Step 1 – Hold a valid Certified Biofeedback Technician Certification (C.B.T)
Step 2 – Review and complete the Level 2 – Stress Management Coaching Course and pass the test with 85% or better (1 Certificate)
Step 3 – Be registered and attending current Mentorship Program (1 Certificate)
Step 4 – Have at least 50 Hours of Biofeedback Practice, including the Level 2 Videos, any practice sessions or extra curricular course & events attended.
Step 5 – Submit application for C.B.S including above certificates as well as paying the application fee of $65 USD.
