Our Support Team supports device purchasers, as well as students.
We assist with Troubleshooting, Installation and setup of QED/QES/Eductor/Indigo/SCIO devices using the 2018 Clasp32, or the New OMNIS softwares.
We use Teamviewer as a connection solution.
